A VERY BIG FESTIVE THANK YOU……
As per our now established tradition of not sending out paper Christmas Cards we will again this year be donating the cost of paper and postage to our preferred charity Plan Uk
Plan is a global childrens charity who work with the worlds poorest countries to help them build a better future. A future we would all want for all children accross the globe.
for over 70 years Plan has been taking action and standing up for childrens rights and their right to fufill their potential
Plan works with communities to ensure safe drinking water, education, preparing and surviving natural disasters, and inspiring children and their parents to make decisions for their futures.
With all our support they can enable children, families and communities to have the power to move themselves from a life of poverty to a life with choice and opportunity.
We currently support two children and their families one in India and the other in Togo – both the children have been able to have access to eductaion and healthcare because of the incredible job those at Plan Uk do in distributing funds and developing infrastructure.
We get regular updates, photos and letters from the children which is collected by community volunteers and Plan staff members
