BespOAK Events

We decided our teams talents needed some alternative research and development so 2018 was the year we ditched the ordinary and set up some extraordinary dining events.

How our creative nights and experimental popups help shape our future menus

We hosted ‘Flair’ – a thrilling selection of interactive dishes, magical cocktail creations and Alice in Wonderlandesque in house tarot reader which amazed and delighted both guests and our teams alike.

Earlier in the year ‘Asiana’ with it’s intricate and subtle spice flavour concoctions, inspired by Head Chef Sam’s travels to India, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, was a mystery tour of nuanced aromas, street food and interactive tasks where flying crane mastery became the norm!



These experimental wild imagination events led to some dishes joining our 2019 menus as featured pieces and it also embraced the idea that creativity breeds creativity.

It culminated in some extraordinary dishes on our New Years Eve Gala Menu and 2019 promises to be just as inventive!
