adrenaline

It’s no wonder Eryri (Snowdonia) has become the adventure capital of Europe – we aways knew our backyard was rather special and our activitiy providers have dreamt up some amazing ways of experiencing it.

Here are a few of our fave ways to get your adrenaline fix on and grab yourself an adventure…..

Antur Stiniog Adventure
RedBull didn’t get it wrong when they named Antur Stiniog as one of the best downhill centres in the world! With café, bike wash, showers, toilets, outside seating area, roof terrace, and ample parking space is one of only a few uplift centres in Wales which means you can spend the day riding and barely pedal. Trail features include flowy berms, big tabletops, rocky descents and double jumps but for a range of abilities. They’re also opening another 4 trails in 2019 including a blue grade family so now everyone can enjoy some downhill action!

Beics Betws Bikes

Walk The Six; Choose from six different paths to conquer our 1,085 metre (3,560 feet) giant Y Wyddfa (Snowdon). Our fave has to be up the Pyg Track and down the Miners’ Track, but you could chose the Llanberis, Watkin , Rhyd-Ddu or the Ranger Path – or come back time & time again and complete all six!

GYG Karting – Kart Circuit
The biggest karting circuit in North Wales and just down the A5 you can speed it up round this British Championship Circuit with all the family, with arrive & drive available from age 9+

And for the ultimate in thrill seeking there’s the big two….

Go Below – reviewed in the Times as the scariest assault course in the UK, it’s over 18’s only on their Ultimate Xtreme featuring the worlds deepest underground zipwire – the Goliath. A tough, full day of unquantifiable fun that makes everything else look totally pony….
