renowned worldwide for family friendly holidays Snowdonia has transformed yet again in recent years and today offers world class activities for all ages – come and join in the fun!

we know that bouncing on trampolines is as much fun whether you’re 5 or 45!
What to do with an unused mine cavern twice the height of St Paul’s Cathederal? Well you add some funky lighting, string giant net trampolines accross it, add some tunnels and slides and hey presto… bounce to your hearts content – Tigger tastic!
Bounce Below – Unleash your inner-thrill seeker at an enormous underground net adventure.

Mountains with Kids – our top tip is take plenty of time and of course chocolate!
There are plenty of ways up Snowdon – try one of these child friendy routes- The Rhyd-Ddu path up Snowdon’s quieter western flank it’s relatively gentle, but with just enough thrills. Take the Miners Track all the way with under 8’s and if you’ve older mini-me’s then up the PyG and down the miners is always a great choice. Or you could cheat and take the Snowdon Mountain Railway up to the summit and walk down! Whichever way you tackle our highest peak there’s nothing like an eight year old’s grin when standing at the top of a mountain and thinking “I climbed that” #memoriesforlife
check out Dave Roberts’ guide for tackling the peaks with the bychans (small ones)

Green things Rule
With activities such as a green roller coaster, tree top towers, zipedeedoohhdah, archery and rainforest boardwalk on offer it’s no wonder kids vote Greenwood Forest Park as one of their favourite days out! It”s interactive, it’s fun and the playpark’s are adult and child friendly… go on release your inner 7 year old

age 3 and up…
Fforest’s Coaster whizzes through the woodland twisting and turning around the trees – It’s one of the six adventures you can find at ZipWorld’s Fforest in Betws-y-Coed. If you’re here in October then book a Halloween Fforest Fear and experience Zombie Nets and ScreamRide’s at twilight…

Another wet weather idea (yes it does rain in Wales occasionally – but probably not as much as you think!)
You may have tried climbing before, but not like this… Tackle a wall covered with large purple blobs, race the clock on the speed climb… with over 15 different challenges to attempt and each one offers a completely different and challenging experience! Head on over to the Beacon Climbing Centre to try it out!
If you’re going to potter around the village we’ve a minitaure steam railway that all the kids love to ride or hire a bike at Beics Betws and take them out freewheeling for the day! For multipule adventures and discounts check out Snowdonia Attractions
